Soy Candle Care:
Candle care is important for getting the most out of your soy candle. Tip to keep in mind:
When lighting your soy candle for the first time,Trim wick to 1/4 of an inch & allow the wax to melt all the way to the sides of the container. This will take approx. 4 hours depending on the size of the container, but it will prevent "tunneling" and extend the life of your candle.
Return Policy:
At Nature's Odyssey Inc. all products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles, opened/used soaps, lotions, lip balms, & teas cannot be returned. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 36 hours of delivery.
